These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of tacklepro.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from TacklePro ("TacklePro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works, or using automated tools to copy content or place orders without our permission.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors, finishes, and packaging may look slightly different in person than on your screen. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel orders for that product and will refund any payment made.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

Shipping

We ship to the addresses you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Returns

Our return and exchange options are described on the Site. Items must be returned in the condition described in that policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Product use and safety

Fishing tackle includes sharp hooks, lead and other weights, and small parts. Use products as intended and keep them away from young children. You are responsible for following all fishing laws, licensing requirements, and regulations where you fish.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and articles, belongs to TacklePro or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell it without our written permission.

Fishing tips, lake breakdowns, and other articles on the Site are for general information only. Conditions on the water change, so use your own judgment and stay safe.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or ideas, you give us permission to use, display, and share them in connection with TacklePro. Do not submit anything that is unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites run by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer warranties on products still apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, TacklePro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products bought through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to use of the Site and orders placed after they are posted.
